UCM Honors at Hanze: Doing Business in Europe (Marketing)
Various Hanze UAS schools with a focus on business have joined forces to develop the program Doing Business in Europe. This first-class Summer School takes you on a journey through the European world of business. In order to provide the broadest of information, the program covers general and specialized subjects, covering the full range of international business topics. The classes are combined with extensive social activities and business trips to multinationals.
Doing Business in Europe is Hanze's longest-running course. As course participants, you will fully emerge in the world of European business for the next three and a half weeks. We will explore three important aspects of this varied subject: we look at European marketing and market entry in Europe, we examine the legal, financial, and political aspects of the Eurozone, and we talk about and let you experience the diverse European cultures. Parallel to the in-class program, we will take you out into the field and visit large multinational companies in The Netherlands and Germany. We hope you will fully immerse yourself in this adventurous and exciting program, and come out feeling better prepared to meet the demands of today’s globalized business environment.
The main body of the course consists of 3 main strands:
Marketing, Market Entry, Business
Eurozone, Legal, Financial, Political
Intercultural Management, European (Business) Cultures, Personnel Management, Leadership
